#66 Signaling proposal for new collateral: stOSMO collateral for Inter Protocol Vaults

This is a signaling proposal to onboard stOSMO as collateral for IST. stOSMO is a liquid staked token (LST) of OSMO, issued by the Stride blockchain. Passage of this proposal signals the community’s willingness and intent to allocate resources to pursue the addition of stOSMO as a source of collateral for minting IST.
